Manuel Serrano is in his second year with SBN and is Executive Producer in Washington as well as VP of Sales and Broadcast Operations for SBN nationwide. He was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to the United States for his education, earning degrees in Business, Finance and Foreign Languages from Mount Saint Mary’s College. Serrano brings nearly 20 years of media experience both nationally and internationally to SBN, including a broad range of broadcasting, marketing, sales, management and public relations knowledge. While in Venezuela, Serrano also served as an elected State Representative to the National Congress where he served one term, representing the state of Miranda.
